Pressure Tanks
The PT Series Tanks are an economical (non-ASME) pressure tank designed
for use with waterborne, non-flammable or flammable materials (see
"Important Note" below). With a 2 1/2 gallon capacity, PT Series
tanks feature a low profile design which accepts U.S. and Canadian
one-gallon shipping containers. Wetted parts are 300 series stainless
steel, including fluid tube, lid bushing, outlet elbow fitting, and
agitator shaft. The lid is 300 series electropolished stainless steel, and
the tank shell is zinc plated steel. When combined with the polyethylene
liner, the PT Series Tanks are ideal for a wide range of waterborne
coating materials.

Model PT-500-WB - no regulation

Model PT-510-WB - includes single regulation to
regulate tank pressure

Model PT-511-WB - includes dual regulation to regulate
both tank and atomization pressures

Models PT-520-WB - (single regulation) and PT-521-WB -
(dual regulation) include an air driven motor and agitator to turn the
agitator to provide continuous paint mixing
Important Note: PT tank models are intended for use
with non-flammable materials. If using flammable materials with tank
pressures greater than 15 psi, select a QMG 2-gallon ASME certified
tank.
